a brutalist 60’s build, turned flexible workspace. designed to aid the work/life balance and enhance creativity.

the second office design by a-nd design studio for our long-standing client, capital&centric.

we crafted their workspace brand guidelines to deliver a streamlined toolkit, enabling seamless implementation across both new build and existing building with an element of or exclusively workspace accommodation.

their vision was clear: to create a future-forward workspace environment that blends innovative technology with a vibrant, hospitality-inspired aesthetic. to achieve this, we had to exclusively incorporate HAY products throughout.

For the wigan civic project, we utilized these brand guidelines to curate a thoughtfully selected range of furniture and design elements that complement both the new and existing architectural features of the space.

with a few gaps in HAY’s offering which is where we also supplied some of our own products including task chairs by humanscale, and fabrics by kvadrat, just a couple of our many brand partners.
